Analyze business and data to identify pain points. Create and manage the internal audit plan. Conduct process audits to improve business operations. Investigate whistleblower reports (e.g., corruption, fraud). Monitor activities to ensure a transparent environment for employees, vendors, and customers. Conduct training and promotional activities to enhance ethics awareness among employees and vendors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in Business Management/Account/Engineering...
- At least 2 years working experience on Manufacturing company (as Production, Engineering, Quality, Accounting, Construction, Logistics...).
- Strong, straightforward personality.
- Strong understanding of standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Good in management, influencing, interpersonal, analysis, problem solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work effectively with leaders and all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
