Lead technical projects related to lithium battery production, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

 Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to implement new products and process improvements.

 Manage project schedules, resources, and risks to ensure successful execution.

 Define technical requirements and support validation processes.

 Act as a key technical contact for internal and external stakeholders.

 Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.

 Develop project plans, track milestones, and adjust strategies as needed.

 Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution.

 Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.

 Provide regular project status updates to management.

• QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)..

 Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or technical leadership roles.

 Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in battery or electronics industries.

 Experience with PLM, ERP, and MES systems.

 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

 Strong leadership and communication skills.

 Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
