Manage and coordinate the MES team in system operations, support, and ongoing enhancements.

Collaborate with related departments (Production, QA, Engineering, , etc.) to gather requirements and implement MES solutions.

Plan and manage MES-related projects: new deployments, system upgrades, or integrations with ERP, IoT,…

Provide MES training to end-users and offer ongoing technical support.

Monitor and analyze data from MES to propose process improvements and increase production efficiency.

Ensure the system's stability, data integrity, and security within the manufacturing environment.

Generate regular reports on MES system performance and project status to management.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or revelant experience.
At least 3 years of experience working with MES systems, with a minimum of 1 year in a team leadership.
Can communicate well in English or Korean.
